HARBOR LIGHTS ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION PROXY BALLOT

Instructions: If you are going to be absent for the Annual Homeowners’ Meeting or a Special Meeting and you wish to vote, you may arrange with another Harbor Lights Estates Homeowner to vote in your absence. Before granting this request, convey your wishes on how you wish to vote and receive a personal agreement that your request will be honored.

You can receive a Proxy Ballot only through a Pre-Approval that must be given before the meeting is called to order. You are allowed one ballot that will be retained by the President and will be recorded in the minutes of the meeting. The proxy may vote on all votes taken at the approved meeting only.
