The homeowner association annual fee is $90 per year for the 2023/2024 fiscal year. Payment is due by July 1 of each year. Mail or give your payment to the HOA Treasurer, or make an electronic deposit through your bank to the Treasurer listed at HOA Board. This may be raised at the discretion of the board executive committee.
The next scheduled increase would possibly be in 2025. These funds are used to pay for expenses such as landscaping, office supplies and postage, assets (such as sign, fence and locked mailboxes), utilities, website hosting, bank fees, WA state fees, and insurance. They are also intended to build our reserve funds.
